Whether you are a returning family or someone who is new to the area, we're glad you're visiting this site!

Registering your child(ren) in St. Francis of Assisi School is easy.  Our registration materials can be downloaded and printed by clicking here or the button on the left.  In order to be officially registered, a non-refundable fee must accompany the registration forms.  The fee is $50.00 per family.  (Under special circumstances, this fee may be waived.)  Checks should be made out to St. Francis of Assisi School.  Forms and fees should be brought to the school campus office or mailed to:

Tuition assistance applications can be accessed by clicking here or the button on the left.  Completed applications should be sent to the above address.  Any questions regarding tuition assistance may be directed to Lisa Francl at 920-683-6880.  All applications and awards are strictly confidential.
